International HR Advisor (ENG)

Job description

One goal coming from the FOCUS 2030 strategy is to develop international HR policies. We do so on the basis of best practices in the various countries where Bejo companies are active. As an iHR Advisor you take initiative for new policy proposals, record this and communicate this to all Bejo companies. You can easily adapt your communication to people that have diverse backgrounds, characters, knowledge and skills. In addition, you are a source of information and advisor for management and local HR professionals in the field of leadership development and on all kind of HR topics. Thanks to your positive energy and people knowledge, you support the recruitment process and the more complex personnel and job issues, whereby you enrich the locally available knowledge or engage external specialists. You naturally have a growth mindset; you also stimulate others to learn new things, through learning on the job as well as in a (digital) learning environment. You support management in translating targets from the strategy plan in to learning and development goals for employees, teams and management. Our organization is growing and constantly in motion. You advise the organization on the structure and roles, strategic personnel planning and team development. When working in projects, you lead them and bring them to a concrete result. Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Social Science or HRM
  • Management experience is useful and a result-orientated approach is really necessary
  • Experience/education in organisational development including cultural aspects
  • Knowledge of and experience with various IT applications for personnel and development activities
  • Good command of English and Dutch language, a third modern language is an advantage
  • You love to travel internationally to our Bejo companies
